What You Need to Know About PUBG 2.1

The PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds 2.1 update will bring a ton of changes to both performance and visuals in-game--but we know you care about more than that: How does it affect your gameplay? Which weapons get added? We've got all you need to know right here!

Learn about the New Stove

The PUBG 2.1 update includes a new weapon to get excited about: The Nameless pistol, which is a throwback to games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It’s fast, fun and powerful—and not too hard to learn how to use in combat situations where you need it most. But that’s not all: There are two additional pistols in development for future updates that fans of shooters can anticipate getting their hands on soon!

What You Need to Know About the AKM

This AKM is a whole new take on an old favorite—the full-auto fire mode (which players can also toggle to semi-auto). On top of that, it looks pretty similar to its predecessors so as to not disrupt play too much. However, here are some key differences: It fires 7.62×39mm rounds (same as AKM), holds 30 rounds in its magazine (10 more than original AKM) and has a full auto mode (which can be changed to semi-auto with a simple switch). Players have spoken and PUBG Corp has listened; they say that if there's one weapon they'd like to see added to Battle Royale mode it would be an AKM gun. They're listening now guys!

Find Out More About New Erangel Visual Updates

The main focus of today’s patch is visual updates to Erangel’s original four maps – Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, and Vikendi. The goal of these changes is to improve overall clarity and gameplay in various environments by making environmental elements more visible (e.g., grass), which also comes with an increased draw distance for all players. Where to find Chesty Puller’s Diaries

Puller’s diaries are housed at both The Citadel in Charleston, SC (he was an early graduate) and The Marine Corps Historical Center in Washington, DC. The full set of his official papers is also housed there; it may be easier to reach through their Special Collections Department than by calling or emailing them directly.

M13 & M14 Royal Pass

Are you a big-time streamer? Do you have an insane following that’s ready to play at a moment’s notice? Then these are for you. This two-day pass will get your fans access to Royal Standard gear before anyone else in addition to offering up a bunch of cool features that they’ll love. Finally, while there’s no firm release date for Update #2 just yet, we do know that it should be coming soon!

New Xsuit Pubg 2.1 update

The X-suit is a special suit that provides you with an additional six inventory slots for armor vests and helmets; it was released in earlier versions of PUBG but has been removed until now. The X-suit will have no impact on your ability to use vehicles or drive cars, making it something you might want to consider if you're camping out in an area that's easier to get to by foot than car/bike. And while wearing X-suits won't affect your mobility, they'll make it more difficult for other players to spot you when moving around. So if you like playing stealthily, you may find yourself favoring these suits over others.

No recoil sencstivity

Before changing your recoil sensitivity settings in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, it’s important to learn what they do and how they work in-game. These settings make a difference when firing weapons in first-person mode (FPP). For example, let’s say you are aiming down sights with an SKS sniper rifle—the slightest movement of your aim can be very difficult to control for most players. With no recoil sensitivity enabled, moving your mouse slightly will cause your gun to move dramatically. However, if you enable no recoil sensitivity, moving your mouse will have little effect on where your gun is aimed.
